Pregnancy Antibodies

I just got off the phone with my OB, and he informed me that I have the anti-m antibody.
Everything he was saying didn't really make any sense to me, as nothing like this happened with my first pregnancy. He said he'd further explain after DH was checked for it, and we see him again (next Monday).
That feels like forever away now, so I immediately start googling. Turns out there's not a lot of information on this particular antibody, so I'm wondering if anyone here has had any experience with anti-m antibodies. This pregnancy or previous? Any informarion would be helpful.

    Thank you. It is pretty rare, so I went a head and moved my appt up to tomorrow to get some answers. Hoping for the best!

    Anti-M can cause hemolytic disease of the newborn, but it's very rare.
