Help changing my info to show twins

I'm feeling very computer illiterate because I've searched the threads and the site and can't seem to figure out how to change my information to show that I'm having twins. 

Please help.

what information exactly are you trying to change?

Is there a way for your information to show that you are having twins?  Like, everything says "your baby" and not "your babies."  I wasn't sure if there was a way to put in your profile information that you are having twins so the updates, emails etc may (or may not) be different.

I haven't seen anything like that (ticker wise). Maybe reach to the Twins Check-in page and see if those ladies might know

You can! If you choose the "Pregnancy Ticker" on this page (top right), the second option allows you to choose multiple babies along the ticker itself. That's as close as I've seen to accommodating multiples.
