Never Hungry

I am 18 weeks and always feel like I just ate a feast even if I haven't eaten at all. I haven't felt hungry in weeks I just eat because I know I should. Any help?

  • I will be 16w tomorrow and I feel the same way. I can eat one peice of pizza and feel so full, before I would eat like 3. I don't know my appetite has shrunk or if it's the fact that I have absolutely no interest in food anymore. I have been drinking a lot of water recently so that could have cut down on my eating some.

  • Trust your bodys signals and see what happens if you don't eat on a schedule. If you are eating foods that are high in energy (calories), then you have a lot of fuel. Also if the foods you eat are slower to be digested you won't have hunger pangs as often, so it's ok to wait between meals. If you haven't already, experiment with not eating when you think you should. What I've found in myself and others is that you may go one day when you barely eat but the next day eat at every meal, and so forth.

  • I have always been this way even before baby.i don't know why and I've never really questioned it.I never really feel hungry and just eat little bits all through out the day. Sometimes I don't really feel full either. I guess I'm weird lol
  • I go back and forth. Some days I'm hungry and others I just nibble. I steer clear of big meals because I get that way too full feeling and it makes me miserable.
