Can't eat anything!

I'm so nauseous that nothing ever sounds good, and I feel like all I can do is force myself to eat plain/bland items like applesauce, crackers and rice chex. What do you ladies do when your appetite isn't supportive of adequate nutrition?? What are your go-to foods these days?

  • I'm usually extremely healthy, but I've found that fatty foods settle my stomach! Arbys, Skyline, chicken tenders...random but I seem to feel better after I eat those things
  • I have only eaten jello today. Only other palatable option today is fast food.
  • I snack on a cracker. And sip gatoraid, or dry toast. The second i get an ok feeling I dig into some food.
  • I haven't been able to eat anything sweet! I've done well with chicken/seafood salads and fruit smoothies, but even my yogurt is too sweet for me. Mashed potatoes and couscous were really good as well! I'm too afraid to try anything too outrageous, so I'm sticking with what has been working so far. Hopefully in a few weeks you'll start feeling better!
