Less than a week.. Help!

So I go on Monday for my first ultrasound. The first time I was pregnant I had a miscarriage but we hadn't seen a heartbeat on the ultrasound. I've been waiting for weeks for this trying not to be too excited but now the time is coming and I'm so scared we won't hear it again and it will continuethe same wway as before. Can anyone shed some positive vibes to give me more hope going into this? I'm trying to be excited but I can't think of anything but how it felt last time.

Try and focus on the positives and don't be consumed by fear. I was a nervous wreck after 3 losses where we never saw a heartbeat, but all is well this time and the ultrasound went perfectly. I hope the same is true for you.

I was so nervous before mine but almost cried with relief when I saw the heartbeat. You and your LO will be fine! Think positive thoughts and pray! Take everything in that day, you'll never wanna forget when you heard/saw your child's heartbeat for the first time. Fx for you!

Just found out I get a nice bonus so Christmas shopping will keep me a little busy and then I'll start decorating. That should keep me distracted!! Thanks everyone I can't wait to update you with the news

My first ultrasound is next week Tuesday and nervous doesn't even begin to describe how I fee! 8w4ds today.

I'm so glad you heard the baby's heartbeat and had that moment of relief!!

My mom joking said "you worry now, just wait until the baby is actually here!"
