Slow fetal growth??

I went for my first u/s 3 weeks ago and only saw a sac measuring 5w2d. Went back yesterday and the sac shows growing accordingly putting me at 8w2d and saw an embryo but the baby's measuring only 5w5d. Has anyone had this happen before?? I'm going in next week for a follow up to see if there is a heart beat. The waiting game sucks not knowing if it's a viable pregnancy.

Thank you so much ladies. Yes @jefa621‌ it seems very odd and doesn't look hopeful but thank you. We weren't planning this pregnancy so it was a nice "oops" but keeping fingers crossed.
