Occasional Pain

Has anyone else experienced a sharp pain when say, moving to quickly in one of your sides in the pelvic area? I was getting out of my car today and I was moving quickly but I went to put my foot on the ground and I felt a sharp pain. But it went away no cramping afterwards.
