anatomy scan!

Great scan! Baby was mostly cooperative but we didn't get a profile view. the tech was less than cooperative though. My other office let me video tape the scan and gave me quite a few prints. Even when we only had a tadpole with a heart beat. I walked out with 5 prints. And one I dontvknow what it is. We could tell gender though. I will not say now BC I know my mom hovers this board and the reveal event isn't til tomorrow...
Oh baby is measuring another six days ahead from my very sure conception date. Total of 9 days from usual LMP date. Anyone else experiencing this? Did your dr move up your due date?

Congrats on the great scan! My dr did not move my date with my oldest because we had done a scan at 9 weeks and she said it was more accurate. Turned out in the end he was just really long (22" and 6lbs 14 oz) every baby is diff and they get more unique as they grow. Congrats again.

Measuring during ultrasounds are not accurate. The first one before 14 weeks is the most accurate. However, at all of them you are relying on the steady hand of a technician to measure a moving fetus floating inside of your moving body on a computer screen with a mouse. If you know your conception date I wouldn't let them move your due date.

Sorry girls! She uses it mostly to track babies growth on the calendar. Sometimes she check bump pics BC some pregnancy police have been very opinionated about my bump.

anyways... We are team blue!!!!
My husband is so happy, he took a bunch of blue balloons from our reveal night and a box of doughnuts into work today to celebrate!
