Chest pains for 12+ hours after thanksgiving?

I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and I'm having the worst pain in my chest. It started out feeling like I had taken a breath of smoke (even though I didn't) and I just ended up going to bed because it hurt so badly. I'm now awake the next morning and the pain is still there. Could it be that I ate too much and managed to get acid reflux or could it be something more serious? I never got heartburn before I was pregnant. Any advice helps!

Gall bladder attack. My mom had similar symptoms a few years ago a gifted Christmas. Hope you're feeling better!

Gall bladder or heartburn.... I know that feeling all to well

It could definitely be heartburn, but it could also be something more serious. I would call your doc!

I agree with PP it could be nothing, but it could be life threatening. I would call your doctor.

Did the pain feel like it wrapped all around your torso? I had a day of trapped gas and ended up burping for an entire day lol but I also had gall stones and the attacks were similar. Stay away from fatty and greasy foods until you can see your doc.
