Hi! I am seven weeks pregnant with my first baby, and I've had some off and on nausea during the last week. Is that normal to not feel sick all day, but have periods of nausea? Also, is it going to get worse??
You will find your sickness will come and go, sometimes it's bare able sometimes it's not. It can continue your whole pregnancy or tail off after 12 weeks. If you are struggling with it at anytime, speak to your OB they can give you Zofran, or something siminlar to help you through the rough days. My sickness kicked in at 7 weeks, I'm currently 21 weeks and still struggle with sickness everyday. Good luck!!
My sickness started at 7 weeks. It was bad, vomiting all day, I'm now down 15 pounds. It was basically defining my day to day life! At 10 weeks, I only vomited once yesterday and none today. I'm feeling a turn around! It's different for everyone though, just my experience.
Thanks everyone! I was just thinking that the last 3 days (days off of work for the holiday) have been a lot worse. I work at a school and we have 2 scheduled snack times a day along with lunch, and I take full advantage of those. These last 3 days I haven't been that great about an eating schedule, so that could explain it. I have found that peppermints help a lot, so I went out and bought a huge bag.
