Shyly Waving Hello... (Possible BFP Mentioned) Edited to add 2nd Beta

Hey there, I have been absent from the bump for a long time. I used to belong to 3T, but I have been too busy to post. 

Long story short, I think I finally got my BFP. After two BFN (one yesterday evening and one this morning), I took another test this afternoon. It was a Clearblue Digital w/ weeks estimator. It said "Pregnant 1-2". 

I was in shock. I frantically called all around trying to get a confirmation (the day before thanksgiving). My General Practitioner was booked. My OB was booked (but scheduled my first appointment). Finally, my RE's office faxed bloodwork to my local hospital and I got a BETA. They told me that I would not get my results until Friday though  

Anyway, the lab guy informed me that if I signed a release form that he would give me my results on paper. He explained that he could not explain them to me, but he could give me the paper results. 

Anyway my first Beta is 33. Is that good? 

My LMP was Oct 28th. 

My period is either one day late, or should have started today. 

According to the Beta and the digital I am 1-2 weeks. Should I get excited? 

Sorry for the jumbled mess! I'm just so excited! After three years my first BFP... unmedicated!

Congratulations!  My RE always said he was pleased with anything over 25.  Especially if you were doing TI and aren't 100% as to how many dpo you are.  The more important thing will be doubling time.  Do you get another beta Friday?

How did you get pregnant? IUI? TI?
Did you use a trigger?

The weeks estimator is notoriously inaccurate...... But it's positive! Congratulations!

I work Thursday - Sunday from 645am - 850pm, so I don't know when they will do blood work again. 

We got pregnant (assuming this is real life) on a natural cycle. We were saving up for IUI. I had a Lap done in August because of painful sex and periods and we discovered I had Hymenal Stenosis. My hymen was finally removed, so sex is less painful. 

I take Metformin for PCOS though...

Without knowing when you ovulated, it's impossible to guess if this is a 'good' beta or not, but it all sounds good! Congratulations again and keep us posted!

All betas have to start somewhere. Considering it didn't register the day before (as long as it wasn't another digital) you can assume it was under 20- which seems like a good start. but you really can't be certain until you see how fast the betas double with another beta being done.

Thanks ladies. 

I took more tests this AM. Another CB Digital, a FRER Digital, and a 0.88 cheapie from walmart. Both digitals were positive and the cheapie was faint. 

Nauseated and "crampy" (not like a period, like ovulation, constipation, or clomid side effect crampy) off and on all day. 

Thanks for the well wishes. I will keep everyone posted.
