Anyone have very different genetic screening results from Baby #1 to Baby #2?

I just received my results from my genetic screening and received a 1:1,300 chance for Downs.  I know I should be happy as this is apparently a 'negative' result; however it's so vastly different from my first pregnancy (when I received a 1:5,000 chance for Downs).  Anyone else receive similar results?  Should this be at all concerning?  I know I'm older now, so I suppose that is a factor, but just looking for other views on this.  TIA!

  • My NT with both of my sons showed risk of 1:10,000 for the three trisomy they test for.

    This time T21 was 1:5000 and t13/18 was 1:3500.

Harmony showed very low risk 1:10,000 for all.

Your age does play a significant part in the ratios with an NT. (Age at delivery,
    Not conception.)
