Sad news Loss mentioned

Well, as I predicted, this was too good to be true. This LO decided not to stick around. I am saddened, but I know I'll be ok. I am still deciding on if I will do a FET next year, or call it over. I'm not sure I want to go through this again. After my last loss, I wrote a letter to the baby. It's buried here in the bump forums somewhere. So, it's fitting that I post this little story that I wrote for this LO that didn't make it. Good luck to you all. I wish you the very best and I'll be peeking in on you! Perhaps, I'll be back.

There was a tiny baby that once lived it's whole life, just a matter of a few short weeks, inside Mama. It was safe there. All the sensations of the world that Baby knew were of Mama and it was good. Baby didn't know there was another place to go. Baby would never know the world outside, as Mama did. So, you would think that such a tiny baby wouldn't have much impact on the world. But, Mama knew about Baby, and Baby was loved. Loved in a way that Mama's capacity for love grew even more, which is something that she had doubted before. So, this tiny baby made big changes during it's lifetime. Baby went quietly from the world but will always have a place in Mama's heart. She will always remember and always be thankful for that gift. What Baby didn't get to know is that Mama got to hold Baby for just a tiny bit in the world outside and imagined Baby big and laughing in her arms. That was a beautiful thing that Mama will carry with her for the rest of her own life.
