So I'm 14+2 and usually a stomach sleeper, this morning I rolled onto my stomach and got so nauseous I almost couldn't move. When I rolled back on my back it went away, and now if I stay on my back or side I'm okay but if I lay on my tummy I feel like I'm about to puke. Is this babys way of telling me no more stomach sleeping? Or will it go away?
Edit: I also noticed my uterus feels more hard today, usually I can tell where baby is because just that part will be harder and the rest squishy, does this change day to day at this point or will it just get harder the more baby grows? Sorry for all the "first timer" questions!
Re: 2+ time mama's, is this babys way of telling me...
I also sleep on my stomach, and just recently when I do I wake up with minor cramping until I move. But I seem to end up that way every night, so it may be time to break out the pillows to prop myself from rolling over. It worked during my first pregnancy.
For me, sleep and sleeping positions were constantly evolving. You just need to find out what works for you.
