Fingers crossed a car deal works out!

I feel bad but my twin brothers jeep just died last night.  It had some kind of engine problem and it would be way too expensive to fix it and it's not worth very much since it's an older jeep that has had some issues in the past.  I have been hoping to sell my 2013 Ford Focus....so we offered to sell it to my brother.  He is interested but wants to shop around first just to see what's out there.  I love my Focus but we've been looking into leasing an SUV with baby coming.  The problem for me is that I owe $11k on my car and I doubt a dealer would give me that.  I told my brother that it's his free and clear for $11k and he doesn't have to worry about any hassles or anything.  It has a long warranty that goes with it and it's in excellent condition.  I didn't want to do this, but my husband had me looking at SUV's online last night in case my brother does buy it and now all I can think of it how much I love the new RAV 4's!  Fingers crossed it works out.  I would feel so happy to give him a great car that is reliable since his jeep has given him problems in the past and that I can make out and lower my payments by leasing an SUV!

I hope it does work for you.  We've got to get a bigger car as well, and I just hate car shopping, so I wish it could be as easy for us.
