I'm having total second guessing syndrome. I thought I had good timing. We should have probably had sex on Sunday or Monday just in case but on Sunday night I was so overtired that I fell asleep early and barely could even open my eyes by time DH made it to bed. Now I'm totally going crazy thinking I could have ovulated later and possibly missed it. This morning my temp went down. It could be due to the fact that I only had intermittent 4 hours of sleep last night. I'm just driving myself crazy. Any thoughts. Sorry for sounding like such a pest!

I think you probably ovulated, but if you didn't, I wouldn't worry too much about it.  Remember that dtd 5 days before ovulation can still result in pregnancy!
So, go get some tonight just in case you haven't yet.

I agree that it looks like you O'd on Saturday.  If you only had 4 hours of intermittent sleep then your temp this morning can't be trusted.

I'm more "convinced" by your opk+ than your temp shift for it to be CD13, but the next couple days should make it clearer. 
Menrandes on this one; when in doubt, hump it out.

When in doubt, keep HIO. And with regards to second-guessing, what exactly can you do about whether or not you had sex 3-4 days ago? You can't go back and change it, so why obsess over it? What's done is done, you need to let it go - and take the lesson into your next cycle that you should always keep HIO EOD past when you first think you've O'd, because you never know when those CHs will be changed and it might turn out that you've ovulated later. This is a lesson hard-learned by myself through over a year and a half of temping/charting.

Yes will definitely be HIO more next cycle. Night time has been tough lately as we have both been exhausted. No excuses going forward. Need to be better! Every month something comes up to deter us. We need to rise above. We are trying to decide when to move to IUI again but want to give traditional sex a fair shot. I just don't want to wait too long.

You have a positive OPK, EWCM, and a temp rise that all contributed to you having solid red CHs. FF did not take away your CHs with that temp drop so try not to panic.

If your temp drops tomorrow, then you can wonder if you O'd, otherwise, you have great timing right now and you really can do nothing about your lack of sex for the past few days. Relax and enjoy the 2WW.
