Tuesday baked ziti with Italian sausage, and leftovers Wednesday.
Thursday and Friday everyone's on their own because those days will be crazy since were leaving town sat for a week.
Tues-wed ground turkey cornbread casserole.
Thurs we have a dinner meeting and Friday will be pizza

Monday: tater tot casserole
Tuesday: Frisco burgers
Wednesday: crockpot chicken
Thursday: baked spaghetti

Wednesday: NY strip, twice baked potatoes, salad

Mon: lettuce wraps with ground turkey and stir fry veggies

F: not sure..maybe shrimp fried rice

Monday- veggie chili and cornbread
Tuesday - veggie taco salad
Wednesday- brown sugar glazed salmon, cous cous, and green beans
Thursday- veggie lasagna

Saturday - out to dinner (we have out of town guests)
Su - spaghetti squash Bolognese (rolled over from last week)
Mo - orange-chipotle glazed chicken, rice, roasted broccoli
Tu - Southwestern skillet with chicken, black beans, zucchini, corn, tomatoes. Guac on top.
We - Sichuan green bean stir-fry, rice
Th - chana masala, naan
This is my first week transitioning onto the anti-inflammatory diet and starting other measures to help prevent another preterm birth, so here goes!

That's as far as I have planned for this week. Now let's see how many of these I actually make. Ha!
