ok ladies, I'm frustrated! for the life of me I can't find a single pair of jeans that fit that I like.

I love me a skinny/jegging fit. I like my jeans skinny and end at the ankle in a very dark wash (what? I'm picky about my jeans!).

I've tried h&m and pink blush to no avail. I haven't found anything at old navy that I like.

has anyone had any luck at motherhood? I was going to try gap but the thought of spending $70 on jeans I'll wear for a few months gives me wallet anxiety.

I got a nice pair at motherhood but they're a boot cut. I didn't look for skinny jeans there yet. I like the full panel on the pair I got.

I was dubious about motherhood (some of their stuff seems pretty matronly, nms) but I got a GREAT pair of jeans there yesterday! Super skinny fit, super dark wash. They had petite, normal, and long for all their jeans, so you should be able to find the right length! They were $40.

The Jessica Simpson maternity skinny jeans are pretty good and fit the cut you're talking about. I also bought two pairs of skinny "jeans" (they're more of a slacks-like material) that are full panel from Motherhood. I really like those and, again, they fit the cut you're looking for. I was really specific about my skinnies too cuz I love to wear them with boots and if the ankle is too wide it just doesn't work.

These from Loft will be your best friend. I got them not too long ago and are super comfortable. They don't look or feel like a legging at all. They fit just like my regular non-maternity skinny jeans I have from there.

Before you die over the price, Loft constantly has 40%, 50%, and even 60% off flash sales.... all. the. time. I get emails at least once a day with "flash sales". I actually got these during a 60% off sale.

I got a pair I love from motherhood, dark wash and skinny. I'm short so got petite.  I don't remember how much they were but def way less then $70.

My Motherhood skinny jeans are my favorite as far as wash/fit at the ankle. But like @ramy3 said I have yet to find any pair that doesn't get loose/baggy in the crotch/butt area pretty quickly. I am constantly hiking them up. (I have a pretty flat ass to begin with).

You ladies are the best! I'm on a mission today. I will be successful!! I have no trouble in the booty area (I was Kim K before she was relevant) so I'm not worried about that. I just want them cut at the ankle so I can pull off boots! Here we go!

I got a pair at Motherhood Maternity a few weeks ago that I absolutely love! I get questions from friends how I'm still in regular jeans, they look that "real." They are Jessica Simpson skinny jeans in dark wash. I tried tons of other maternity jeans and hated them all. This pair was well worth the $50 I spent on them!

J Brand makes amazing skinnies! They are pricey but you can find them on eBay. They are super comfortable and look like normal jeans.
