ive never posted anything before and I get that this is an American app but are there any other women from the UK? Honestly it's the food discussions, food here is shit compared to America and I'm getting overly jealous of reading about there cravings etc.

I'm not a big fan of british food, especially the pastries(not sugared/ buttered up enough lol). I was born in the UK, lived there until I was 12, and now, I visit several times a year... Or at least try to!

They brought out an American snack aisle in Tesco and now they've reduced it to the end of the aisle it's heartbreaking, cravings you can't have are the worst!!!

I'm Canadian, but I cheat on my cravings. I can see the customs office from my bedroom window and fully admit to occasionally crossing the border to get unhealthy snacks that I can't find here and would otherwise turn my stomach if I weren't pregnant

On a slightly related note when I was in college I spent a semester in London. My host parents were old hippies and I had the munchies A LOT. Know what amazing? Funky flavored potato chips. I realize now there is a bigger variety out there, but 16 yrs ago I was in awe of all the delicious flavors of crisps available.
