Genetic counseling tomorrow-need T&P

Hi ladies,
After our nt scan came back my dr. wants us to go to genetic counseling and get more testing done to get a better idea of baby's chances of downs are. After the scan they are saying 1 in 44 chance, which I know isn't that worrisome. We will love our baby no matter what we find out in the next few weeks. Just asking for good vibes please. You ladies are all so supportive on this board.

My mom was told 100 percent sure i had down syndrome. The doctor askedwhen she wanted to schedule the abortion and if not she needs to get her tubes tied because already had 6 kids and life would be too hard. Well she had me and my brother both perfectly healthy. How id love to slap that Dr. In the face and just walk away...of course not all situations turn out that way but here is an amazing article i read today. It made me cry. Good luck & I hope the test comes back quickly . We are off on Monday to see the genetic councillor & have the harmony blood test. My nt scan came back with 2.8mm which they said was concerning with my agee (30), hoping its nothing.
