to owning our first home. And hopefully our forever home! I have been totally MIA from the board because we've been out of town- in our soon to be home town- house hunting. H accepted an awesome job and we will be relocating (ourselves, 2 kiddos, and the baby on the way) in January. This is the house. Any spare T&Ps that we can get on the same page as the seller are appreciated. I am so nervous, I can hardly eat, which for me is unheard of!!
