Hot flashes after BFN Or freeze all

Question for all of you. During stimms for IVF I had virtually 0 side effects. After ER it all started to go down hill. Now I'm a week post BFN and still getting random hot flashes and night sweats. This is totally new to me and I'm generally a frozen ice cube. So I get real hot, sweat, then freeze. It happens sometimes in the day. Literally on the couch doing nothing to get me worked up but its mostly at night and comes and goes. It only last a few minutes at a time but still it's strange. Anyone else experience this? I'm only 30. How long until it went away? Thanks in advance.

I've never had hot flashes after a cycle, but I get them when on lupron so I feel your pain.  IVF screws with your hormones and it can take some for your hormones to level out again.  I usually have long cycles for two cycles after an IVF/FET cycle.
