So I am supposedly 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Last Friday I had my first dr appointment and ultrasound. I thought I was 8 weeks pregnant then but the ultrasound only showed a yolk sac, no fetal pole. My ob said I probably just ovulated late and my dates are off.
She did bloodwork and my progesterone level is low. I started progesterone supplements 3 days ago and have noticed a significant decrease in my nausea.
Worried bc everything I have read said progesterone makes nausea worse. I go for a repeat US tomorrow and scared that it won't show a baby.
