@dreadpiratebuttercup It is a family thing. My sisters name is Jennifer and am supposed to use it as a middle name. Also my first daughter is named Jenna(she was given up for adoption because I was so young. It's an open adoption so I still have a lot of contact with her and the family) so I think it would be strange to have Jenna and Jennifer.
I love that idea of using your sis's name Jennifer as your daughter's mn - my sis and I share a mn and we think it's special, so I can see why you'd like to do that. I also can see why it is important to you to choose a name that connects this dd to your first.
However, I would steer away from a matching J fn even though it is has the same initial as your first daughter's name. Instead, I'd look for a beautiful name that makes a gorgeous sibset with Jenna, as well as sounds just perfect with the middle name Jennifer.
Some possibilities -
Jenna & Mia Jennifer
Jenna & Lara Jennifer
Jenna & Bianca Jennifer (also since Jenna, Jennifer, and Biana all have meanings related to "white")

Edit: misread post, took out Jennifer and I'd say most of these don't work with Jennifer as the middle name. It's a tough one.
