Round ligament pain/ dizziness

so ever since my second trimester (I'm 15 weeks today) I have had sharp small pains in my pelvic area and a stretching in my sides has anyone else experienced this ? Also for the first time this morning I got really hot and dizzy like I was going to pass out for no reason. I had eaten breakfast and was already at work. Im ok now but every one thinks I'm crazy for wanting to go to the dr.. Am I crazy ??

I won't say you're "crazy," but you may be overreacting a bit. Call your nurse's line if you are worried. Dizziness and round ligament pain are totally normal pregnancy symptoms.
