Exercise check-in

Hey ladies! Just wanted to see how you all are doing with your exercise routines. I have been a runner for a few years and I have stayed consistent since getting my BFP but I have noticed that it is definitely more difficult than it was before. Still trying to average 4 miles 5x a week. I'm feeling the soreness I usually feel when I run 6-8 miles after just 3 miles lately. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just the fatigue that's slowing me down or is it all in my head?

  • I've been keeping my normal routine but definitely having to slow down. I just don't have the energy. I started noticing it a couple of weeks ago and wondered what was wrong with me.... then when I got my BFP it all made sense! Haha.
