I don't like this name in general for personal reasons. It's my last name. And it bugged me when a doctor called my son "Sullivan," and then said "oops, that's his last name, no wonder he didn't respond." No shit, it's his last name.

It's such a popular last name. It's a terrible first name for a girl and a weird first name for a boy.

I think it's an adorable name... for a male dog I named my pup Sullivan and since then I can only picture it as an animal name or a last name.
