Im looking for free/low cost breathing or pregnancy yoga classes. My insurance said they provide informational/educational classes only. I live in Maryland/DC area. Anyone know of anything that can help me? Thanks in advance!

I have found some nice YouTube vids. Check out "guided meditation" type search terms. I have found them very helpful.

My hospital offers the birthing class and the last portion of it every week is breathing techniques. For lower incomes they have scholarship.

I really like swimming for pregnancy exercise. Most community centres are super cheap.

If you are looking to learn breathing techniques I agree with YouTube searches.
