Should D14 have a Birth Announcement Sticky?

The rules posted below are stolen from N14. Personally, I like the way N14 does theirs and it looks like they took it from another BMB so I'm guessing it's been successful elsewhere. Should D14 create a Birth Announcement sticky with just the below information with the opportunity to post a separate FLAME FREE AW birth story as well?

Please use this thread to share baby's name, birth date, pictures, and any other details you would like to share as well as a link to your individual announcement thread.
