So I am a FTM at 28 weeks, as far as I know I haven't experienced any BH. But I was curious to what it may be like or what other ladies have experienced them as; so I searched out some threads that may help other FTM's and compiled them all in one thread. There were actually many pages of threads but I found these two as the most informative. It's also helpful to note that you may not get them at all. I didn't get a single one with my daughter, but have them pretty much constantly this time around. They generally shouldn't be painful, just tightening of the belly. It can be a bit uncomfortable though. Drinking water helps, as you can get them more often if you haven't had enough in a day.
