    TP to my dad. I know I WTF'd him yesterday, but it's just not enough. I feel like I'm grieving the loss of my last parent and I'm stuck on the anger stage. Anyway, most of you have seen my little posts here and there about him throughout the Abuela ordeal. Nothing's really changed, but we aren't speaking. And I know his stupid wife is just egging him on. Her daughter (who has the same name as me) hasn't spoken to them in over a year, so at what point will they realize they're the problem? I'm guessing never. Anyway, sorry for the novel.

    TP to infertility in general. 

    I'm attending my best friend's baby shower this weekend and I'm dreading it. Dreading watching her go through this process that we used to dream and gab about all the time when we were growing up together. I will put on a happy face, of course, and give her so much love but inside I know I'm so bitter. I hate IF for making it impossible for me to just feel joy for her.

    @typo31 ((HUGS)) it is awful how bitter IF makes us. 

    I have no advice to offer to make it better.  Just know you're certainly not alone with those feelings.

    Me: 31 (PCOS) possible right tube issues DH: 36 (SA normal) 
    Started dating in 2006, Married 2012 
    TTC since November 2013 
    First RE visit due to irregular periods: June 2014
    Lap/Hysto to remove polyps, cyst and tube blockage 11/6
    Cycle 1 (Dec. 2014) TI with Clomid, Trigger, & Progesterone CX due to no response
    Impatiently Waiting CD1 to try again with Fermara Back on the bench due to giant cyst,
    who know I'd ovulate on my own after a cancelled cycle and end up with a mega cyst :(

    This is so mean and usually not like me buttttttt TP to my DH! Our RE said he would like him to do another SA just to verify. As soon as the RE left the room DH started to swear up a storm bc he was complaining so bad he didn't want to do another SA. It took everything I had to not literally TP him. Come on man...I've done a zillion tests and all you have to do are two SA. Ugh!

    Diagnosis: PCOS

    September 2013 - January 2014: Not trying but not preventing
    February 2014:     Officially TTC (BBT, OPKs, etc)
    February-August 2014: Irregular Cycles, U/S showed Fibroids/Cysts, Provera required to get AF, BFNs
    September & October 2014: Testing Months with Reproductive Endocrinologist!
    DH's SA: Normal (116.4 million sperm, 97% motility, 36% morphology) - WHO criteria
    DH's Repeat SA: Poss. Low Morph. (138 million sperm, 73% motility, 8% morphology) - Kruger criteria
    HSG and SIS: Normal (tubes clear)
    Medicated Cycle:     5mg Letrozole + Trigger Injection + TI = BFP!!

    ESTIMATED DUE DATE: AUGUST 13, 2015

    Beta #1: 12/8 - 1,040 Beta #2: 12/10 - 2,902 Beta #3: 12/16 - 19,321
    Ultrasound #1: 12/12 (5 weeks 1 day) - Gestational sac and yolk sac present
    Ultrasound #2: 12/18 (6 weeks 0 days) - Measuring good, heart rate 99
    Ultrasound #3: 12/26 (7 weeks 1 day) - Measuring good, heart rate 150

    TP IF. I just passed on my ideal retail job because I MIGHT be pregnant. And I know starting a new job isn't going to be nearly as flexible with appointments.

    TP my boss who tells her children at least once a week, in front of me, that they're being great BC, and tells me how much money I could save and that I could go on a vacation every year if DH and I didn't have kiddos.

    DH: Azoospermia, likely not blockage, just doesn't produce any

    TP to the surgical coordinator at my REs office.  I called and left a message yesterday morning to schedule my surgery and still no return call.  I would love to just get this show on the road so I can move forward with treatments already.  She gets until tomorrow before I rat her out to my RE...

    @Chartm05‌ does your boss know about your IF? I would lose my shit if someone (who knew that we were paying for treatments) said anything like that to me repeatedly. I'm so sorry. People are morons.

    My darn follies that disappeared!! 
    On Monday, things were going slow (and estradiol was at just 84) but I had one follie at nearly 13mm, two at 12mm and several smaller ones.  Today, I had one at 13mm (not the same one, as it is in the other ovary)  the others were all small, and estradiol was DOWN to 75.  :(
    Starting another round of Letrozole tonight.

    I know that the fall weather has arrived, and it makes me want to hibernate, but I don't want my follies to do so!!

    ME: 34, Atypical PCOS (lean, no O without meds) + unexplained; DH: 33, mildly low motility
    09/2012: Start TTC after stopping NuvaRing.  No cycles seemed to occur.
    01/2013 - 05/2013: Tried Provera to "jumpstart" cycles. No luck.
    12/2013-     01/2014: Clomid 50mg - no big follies, stepped to 100mg; One mature follie, Ovidrel (HCG trigger), IUI #1 completed - BFN
    02/2014: Clomid 100mg;     One mature follie, Ovidrel trigger, IUI #2 completed, Crinone - BFN
    03/2014: Clomid 100mg -     no big follies on 1st round, 2nd round prescribed; One mature follie, Ovidrel, IUI #3 completed, Crinone - BFN
    04/2014-05/2014: Letrozole 5mg + Ovidrel HG to prep for IUI #4 switched to TI, Crinone - BFN
    05/2014-06/2014: Letrozole 5mg; one mature follie,     Ovidrel, IUI #4.1 completed, Crinone - BFN

    11/2014: "Break" - Letrozole 5mg to cycle before prepping for IVF - successfully O'ed, but BFN
    12/2014: Extending 'break' one more Letrozole-only TI cycle for mental health break - BFN
    01/2015-    02/2015: Prep for IVF - BCP then Gonal-F, Ganirelex, Novarel trigger;  ER scheduled 2/11!

    *July: Medicated Cycle #2: 5mg Letrozole + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = BFN*
     *Aug: Medicated Cycle #3: 5mg Letrozole + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = BFN*
    *Sept: IUI #1: 5mg Letrozole + Follistim + Ovidrel + IUI + Progesterone = BFN*

    TP to TheBump app for automatically going to the TTGP board when I come to check out 3t.
    Me-33 DH-36.
    Married 11/10 TTC 11/10
    06/11- diagnosed with PCOS 
    7/11- D&C and benched for a year 
    9/12-4/13-6 rounds of 50 mg Clomid- no sucess 
    6/13- new doc
    7/13-4/14- 6 more rounds of Clomid. 50 mg and then stepped up to 100mg- no success 
    5/14-7/14- took break waiting for new insurance 
    7/14-new insurance= new doc- actually a RE!!!! 
    7/14-HSG and blood test good-PCOS confirmed by new doc 
    10/14 looking forward to 1st IUI w/ Menopur. Blood Test= Negative
    11/14- IUI #2     w/ Menopur- Blood Test= Negative
    1/15- IUI # 3 w/     Menopur- Blood Test= Negative
    2/15- Self Benched this cycle
    3/15/15-Suprise BFP on natural cycle!!!! EDD-11/16/15

    Thanks @laurensc927 I ended up calling my patient coordinator and it turned out that an "official" surgical request hadn't been put in yet.  So even though my doctor told me to just call the surgical coordinator she wouldn't do anything without the official request, which has now been put in.  But, still waiting for the call from the surgical coordinator.  As you said, I know I'm not their only patient, but once I made the decision to have the surgery I just want it scheduled so I can plan, not hanging over my head!
