8 week old baby has Hand Foot and Mouth

two weeks ago my class (1st grade) had hand foot and mouth disease (20 out of 21 students). Sadly this week my baby ended up with it. It is a mild case with no fever thank goodness. She has a rash on her bottom and one blister on her foot but that is it. Does anyone know of a treatment for the rash. I have been using desitin on her and baby powder? She has never ran a fever. I check her every three hours and not one. Doctor said no need to bring her in unless she has few wer diapers and struggles eating.

My daughter had it and her pedi prescribed nystatin. It cleared up almost instantly, ask if you could get a Rx for it.
