Braxton hicks 14 wks?

I know all too well what they feel like from my other pregnancies but I do not recall them starting up this early. It's been a stressful day so I'm wondering if anyone knows if that could influence the early start of BH for me. I see my doc tomorrow and will ask her then but I guess I'm just searching for peace of mind tonight. Sorry if this seems silly
