re intro...sorry it's so long

hi everyone I have posted on here before but it has been a while ago. DH and I have been TTC since 2012 and have I have been seeing a RE at SIRM since April of this year. since then DH SA was fine. I have been put on metformin and been DX with elevated NKC (natrual killer cells) and a possible blood clotting problem.
I have been being treated for the NKC with interalipids and am doing TI because our insurance won't cover anything after DX (IUI or IVFit covers the lipids though) we have done 3 cycles of them and 1 cycle of clomid.
I decided to check it out over here again to see if anyone has the NKC DX here. thanks for any input.

Married May 2011
TTC since Feb 2012
Diagnosed Hypothyroid Jan 2013
Went to OB Jan 2014 to test progesterone and Thyroid
test both came back normal going back
Feb 6th -2nd progesterone test came back good
Started seeing a RE april 2014
Vaginal Ultrasound Normal
hormone lab came back with elevated C-peptide
started Metformin may 2014
June 2014 autoimmune lab came back with elevated NKC
Decided to move on to adoption Oct 2014.  
Dh- Did SA came back normal
