Negative urine and blood test. Could I still be pregnant?

I went off of my birth control pill and got my last period on August 15. I missed my period and still have had no bleeding at all, not even spotting. A couple weeks ago I started having nausea mostly at night. I would wake up in the middle of the night and feel really nauseous. One of those times the nausea was so bad I vomited. I'm still feeling the nausea every couple days. During the day I have no nausea and feel fine. But I am more tired than usual. My breasts got bigger which is strange because in the past when I've gone off of my birth control pill my breasts would shrink. I've taken home pregnancy tests which were negative and a couple days ago I got a blood test which was negative. Could I still be pregnant? Or what is going on?
