TINY white bump that's painful?

Hello! I'm 16 weeks pregnant and yesterday I felt a sore pain on my left rib cage. I looked and there is the tiniest white bump that is causing all this pain and soreness around it. I was wondering if anybody else has heard of or experienced this? Thanks!

Thanks ladies! It's not a pimple, although I have been getting a ton thanks to these hormones! It is seriously so small my husband could barely see it, like the size of a poppy seed. It is still there, but luckily it's not causing the shooting pain it was those couple days. I thought it was the start of a shingle because of the pain, but luckily it wasn't. Still no idea what it was, but my ob wasn't too concerned!
