I love, love, love the name anneliese. It's classic and beautiful. When people use it and spell it analese, I wonder wtf they're thinking. What other doozies have you seen lately?

Ooh I love that one! I knew the sweetest, prettiest girl with that name so I have a positive association with it as well.

A Konrad checked us out at Target the other day.  Joey has a Fan.ci in his preschool class.  (no period, just trying to hide my comments if they google their kid).  She is quite fancy too.  She's been in a tutu or an ankle length dress every class.

I'm very name opinionated.  Which I have no right to be given my kids' middle names....

There's an old Reba McIntyre song about a girl named fancy. Her mom dresses her up and sends her out telling her "just be nice to the gentlemen, fancy. And they'll be nice to you." I remember singing it as a kid. Why did mom let us listen to that?

That song came on at work last night; and you better believe I belted it out. My mom and I always listened to Reba growing up.

I have no comment on the name thing, because we all (well, some) know what happened last time.

Are those their real middle names, on your tickers? Because that is really freaking awesome. I always assumed it was a joke.

I like classic old people names so I get flamed a lot by DH. I'm shocked he likes Alice and George (if there's ever a boy) for our kids.

He nixed Alfred real quick when he found out I wanted to name him Alfie...

Jack has a Heaven in his first grade class. Not too odd except that it's a boy @-)

He also let me know that Heavens Dad was also named Heaven but he got "eaten by a bear" I have no idea if that story is true or not...we do live in hunting country so it could be possible.

Also, in his class of 18 there are 3 jaelon's (all with different spellings) and 2 jaydons. And here I was worried that he would be one of a million Jacks.

My guilty pleasure name is Guy. I almost had DH convinced on that one but I vetoed Lucien so he vetoed Guy.

We were between Anneliese and Evangeline for DD2. I love them both but we chose Evangeline, mostly because my H really loved it and was meh on Anneliese

I love the name Eliana. If I had known it even existed with DD, I probably would have used it.

I really like the name Isla, but I am afraid to give this baby that name because I am afraid she will have to deal with others getting the pronunciation and spelling wrong.

We are also seriously considering giving this baby the name Evangeline.  She will be DD3 and we have liked the name since I was pregnant with DD1.  We would call her Eva for short.
