Adoption and the Military

My husband and I are wanting to adopt children and are looking to get the process started. Her biggest issue right now it's not knowing how to start finding an agency. I husband is an officer in the Air Force and has a 10 year contract that was renewed this year, so we will not be out of the military anytime soon. Is anyone able to point us in a direction to help us get the ball rolling?
