Yes! Mine are starting to get a little tingly too if I don't keep them elevated or if I cross my legs (I know this isn't a good habit of mine).

My feet have been getting swollen including my hands as well. At night I try to elevate them and take lots of breaks now. I also have charley horses in my calves a lot too which are extremely annoying...

@ashtonkitty1‌ - this wasn't the one I was searching for a dress for. But it was good. Both were. My sister's is this Saturday! I'm almost done for this year! The one in the pic was after flying... It was a mess.

My chiropractor recommended increasing my protein to 80 grams a day to help with the swelling. I also think compression socks help. She said 28 weeks was a bit early for the swelling to be normal.

I'm hoping to skip that symptom...haven't had any yet. My coworker gave me some hope...she said she never got it either. 

Try drinking tons of water, putting your feet up and getting exercise. You're almost there
