~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are a group of women striving to live healthier lives, whether that means losing weight, gaining weight, sticking to a specific diet, counting calories, avoiding counting calories, starting to exercise, continuing to exercise or anything in between.
We check in on Mondays and follow up with an accountability on Fridays (our favorite post of the week, because we love encouraging each other and celebrating all our successes!).
Many of us are using MyFitnessPal to keep track of our eating and our exercise. MFP is a great tool to keep yourself accountable, and because it is set up as a social network site, we can cheer you on there as well as here. If you are using MFP and have not found us yet, let us know so we can friend you!
Re: Healthy Living Check-In
@furrypaws Yum! hummus and carrots. That's a good snack choice!
The Good: Last week was a good week for me. I've discovered a love of snacking on tomatoes and goat cheese. Oddly satisfying and it keeps me away from the bad stuff.
The good: I set up my fitbit Saturday night! I'm super excited to say I walked over 7, 000 steps today! Oh and I'm back into calorie counting!
The bad: I am so exhausted/yucky tonight that my plan to get back to cto5k with have to be deferred again.
The proud: hmm, same as the good.
The plan: Continue on the right path! I really love how much info the fitbit gives me. Now all I have to do is correct to MFP because I like the food tracking there way better.
Qotw: I just finished Fault in Our Stars. It was infuckingcredible! I cried a lot but I loved it.
