Blessed thistle and Golacta

Anyone have any experience with blessed thistle and golacta? I was instructed to take them but I'm nervous about oversupply and the issues that can occur with that. Thanks

    If you were told to take it, I'm guessing you have low supply? Take things a step at a time and don't start to worry about issues you aren't even facing.

    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)

    I don't think I do have a low supply and the lactation consultant isn't totally convinced I do either. My son wasn't gaining weight and there was really no obvious reason why. I think this suggestion was the consultants last resort.
