Our next moms group is starting this Thursday. I hope we will see some new faces.
Our groups are all monitored by an IBCLC Consultant and sleep consultant, she helps guide the groups, answers questions, helps you do weight checks on our infant scale and provides all around support.
My office if full of comfy cozy couches, chairs, rugs and pillows to lounge around on. I stock it with tons of yummy snacks, provide all the changing supplies you need, so all you need is either your baby bump (yes we get pg women in class) or your baby to join us!
