STM w/ supply issues first time

I ended up going with domperidone last time bc I only had one breast producing. We still had to supplement a lot, but it definitely helped increase my supply...and we went on to nurse for "bonus milk" until she was 22 months. Getting ready for #2 and trying to figure out when/if to start domperidone this time. Anyone dealt with this?

I had supply issues and was unable to breastfeed the first baby, no issues at all this time and I'm still nursing at almost 16 months. One baby and one breastfeeding experience is not the same as your second baby and experience. Underlying or extra issues aside I'd just plan to nurse that baby on demand and don't assume you'll need any supply help. If you do, you know what works for you!

I've had two reductions (in my 20's) so it is likely I will be facing the same struggles again, unfortunately.
