Anyone on this board been diagnosed with this with this or previous pregnancies? I have it and it sucks. I'm just looking to see if anyone has or used any particular type of workout routine that has been helpful. It isn't at the top of my list to get back my bikini body that's over and done with. I was just curious so I can start at some point hopefully soon. Thanks in advance I do wear a belly binder and do walks with baby but I haven't done a regular workout routine yet. It is definitely better than when we got home with baby.
Check out fit2be.com. It is a workout website directed towards distastis. All of their workouts and advice are geared toward healing and closing the gap. I used to be a member for awhile, they also have lots of great information too without having to become a member.
