Have/Do you take Prozac?

The reason I am asking is because my doctor put me on Celexa, but I didn't feel like it was helping. I have anxiety/OCD/minor depression. He wants to switch me to Prozac. I've been reading conflicting things about it. Some say that it helps, it can either make you gain weight or become anorexic. It says that in the pamphlet.

Anyone?
