Refusing to Nurse

My 5 week old has been doing well so far in regards to wanting to latch and nurse, up until last night. Since then he's been really fussy when he latches and then starts crying/whining, which of course means he unlatches and brings on the screaming. I make sure that I burp him and that he's comfortable beforehand so I'm not sure what the problem is. Just a little earlier I had to dip into my ridiculously tiny freezer stash so I could feed him because after trying for about 15-20 minutes he still wouldn't latch long enough to nurse.

Could it be possible that I'm not producing enough anymore? Is there anything I should be doing differently? Anything I can take to help my supply? It hasn't been the easiest 5 weeks so far with BFing and I really don't want to have to stop after having tried so hard (and having gone through all that pain).

Thank you again in advance for your help!
