Baby #2

Baby #2 is coming in a few short weeks and my husband and I are stuck!  The gender is a surprise so I think that's making it harder to choose a name. I like classic, old-fashioned names but ones that aren't too popular (which is getting difficult b/c many are now popular)  We have an 18 month old daughter named Violet.

I like Jude for a boy, but husband doesn't.

He likes Luna for a girl, but I'm not sold.

Help name our child!

I like Luca - never thought of that before. We almost named our daughter Lucy, but several friends used that name since then.

Might I add that I'm a middle school  teacher so there are MANY names that I used to love but now associate with certain students.

DD's middle is Evangeline which I think goes nicely with violet. What about Evelyn, Madeline, Noelle, Elise, Charlotte, Caroline? For boys, I like Jude. What about Benjamin, Oliver, Ruben, Jacob or Jonah?

I can't get my head around Luna.......violet I s such a beautiful name that is just doesn't seem fair to Luna . I can't get Looney and Lunatic out of my head when I hear Luna. Pearl, Lena, Genevieve, Cecilia would be lovely with Violet.
