Any GP Quilters here?

I went to Jo-Ann's to pick up a seam ripper and rotary cutter today and they were having a sale on quilting supplies, 40% off!!! I went a bit overboard... they also had the quarters on sale for $0.99.  I think I have enough to make an entire quilt, now I just have to figure out how to assemble.

  • That's great.  I'm going there after work tomorrow.  I was planning on going today but I had to go grocery shopping instead.

  • taci, i feel your pain... my sewing machine works, but the outlet I need to plug it into isn't working :-(

So i need an extention cord or an electician... but I started sewing by hand.  I have 1 completed so far, I'm going to try to find some more exciting blocks to make... like triangles, ooooh.

(yes, i'm a dork when it comes to crafts)

  • Excellent. I'll be near a Jo-Ann's at the end of the week.
  • Thanks for letting us know. It's more out of my way to go there than Wal-mart, but if stuff is on sale I kind of have to make the trip, right?
