Post miscarriage question

So I miscarried about two weeks ago and stopped bleeding probably a week ago. I'm still having very random cramps and lower back pain very similar to how they felt during the miscarriage. What gives? It's been two weeks should this STILL be happening? Anyone else experience this?

    It could be. I bled for 3 weeks before having a d&c and then bled for 2 weeks after the d&c.
    It can be common (after a d&c anyways) to bleed off and on for a month. I Would think cramping etc would be the same.

    I was told to contact my doctor if the pain was unmanageable, fever, tender uterus to the touch, or heavy bleeding.
