Fiona or Emmeline?

So right now this is all just for a phantom baby.  Fiona has always been our girl name that we keep coming back to.  Yesterday I heard Emmeline (rhymes with Caroline) and I really love it.  We would most likely use the nickname Emme most of the time as I reeeeally love that.  Which one do you all prefer?

DS's are Cameron (Cam) and Drew.  Last name is very Irish and similar to Kelly.  MN would likely be Margaret for both.  Thoughts?

I do like the flow of Fiona Margaret more than Emmeline Margaret.

From what I understand, LEEN is the French pronunciation and LINE is the Americanized pronunciation... so neither is technically wrong!

Exactly this.  Also, so many Emmas/ Emmys already out there.

Fiona Margaret would be my pick for you.

I know 3 Emmelines under 3.  The whole Emma craze is old to me. It's a nice name, but Fiona gets my vote. It's normal, but different and fun at the same time.

This is me too. Emmeline is NMS, I think Emme is really cute though. However, I'd go with Fiona Margaret, it is beautiful and stands out in a sea of Emma's/Emme's/Emily's.

I like Fiona, it's gorgeous, but I associate it closely with Shrek. For that reason Emmeline wins my vote. I'm also not tired of the Emma nn.

Thanks for the opinions!  I'm a little sad that Emme isn't getting a ton of love. but I do believe deep down that if we ever have a girl, her name will be Fiona!

I think...maybe...Fiona Margaret gets the edge but you can't go wrong with either of them!
